WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?

An escape room is a series of clues, challenges, and puzzles, built around a story or theme, that must be completed within 60 minutes.  If you and your group want to truly escape, see if you can conquer one of our Moore Escape Rooms!

ARE YOUR ROOMS SCARY?

We don't think so; nothing will jump out at you.  We want you to enjoy being trapped in our rooms!

AM I GOING TO FEEL CLAUSTROPHOBIC?

Not at all. All the rooms are normal sized and you can leave any room at any time without a key if you need to.

CAN CHILDREN PLAY A MOORE ESCAPE ROOM?

Yes! Our rooms are designed for players 12 and older, but it seems that kids have every bit as much fun as adults!  We do ask that children 12 and under be accompanied in the room by a paid adult and anyone ages 13 to 17 have an adult present at Moore Escape Rooms. 

ARE YOUR ROOMS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? 

Many of our rooms are handicap accessible.  It may not be possible for you to access all of the clues, but that won't prevent you from being able to solve any of them with your team!  Please check each room page for details. However, given the age of our building, it may be difficult to navigate hallways and restrooms if you are in a wheelchair.

Will we have to play with people we don’t know?

Nope! All of our bookings are private, and you only need to pay for the number of players you have in your group, not for the whole room!

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. You’ll need to make a booking at least 2 hours in advance.

I’m not sure how many people will be in my group, can i still reserve a time?

Yep! You can make a booking for just the players who are definitely coming and we can add any additional players when you arrive.

Can i overbook a room?

Sure! The listed capacities are our recommendations, but we are able to add an additional one or two players to any room.  Just email bookings@mooreescaperooms.com to overbook a room. 

I NEED TO add a player or CHANGE MY BOOKING TO A DIFFERENT TIME. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

It sure is! Just email bookings@mooreescaperooms.com to make any changes. We can reschedule you once to a new time as long as you let us know at least 2 hours before your original start time.
